Study. Stack 5 books and read them like crazy. (Relieve stress by immersion)

Write down the stressful situation.

Imagine my brain in my head and cut out the memories I want to forget. Then, I imagine cleaning my brain.

Pray.

Thinking that happiness is the best revenge, I don't let anyone take away my joy and imagine the stressor as a dust particle.

Eat spicy food.
