In the prime of my life (화양연화(花樣年華)) : Like the most beautiful flowers

I wanted to leave behind snapshots in the style of Wong Kar-wai, so I went to Hwarugwan.

The biggest reason I wanted to shoot in the style of Wong Kar-wai was that I thought Isaac's American friends would find it incredibly unique and interesting. I also chose this style because I thought it would be fun to look back on in 10 or 20 years.

Hwarugwan has everything, from costumes and props to photography and editing, and it was all done in just one hour. Fast is exactly my style.

(Even Isaac's somewhat tacky shirt and my 70s-style wedding dress were from Hwarugwan.)

Kkkkk! As you can see from the expressions in the photos, it was incredibly fun. Who said wedding preparations were hard...? It's nothing but fun!

I'm enjoying myself, fully engaging in all the things I should be doing at every stage of my life.

In my early twenties, I was an idol, performing on stage, studying hard at university, and meeting a crazy variety of people.

In my late twenties, I worked as a creator and entrepreneur, becoming a workaholic until I burned out, and at the same time, I traveled the world like crazy.

In my early thirties, I wrote books, taught students at university, and wrote columns, leading a meaningful and enjoyable life as an educator.

I dedicated myself fully to every moment, enjoying it like crazy, so I have no regrets or lingering attachments.

Now, as I prepare for the second act of my life... this period is also incredibly fun. The fun of dreaming about the future, the fun of experiencing a public relationship for the first time in my life, the fun of finding a house together, the fun of imagining future children, the fun of announcing our marriage, the fun of becoming a family with my in-laws, the fun of receiving bouquets from friends getting married, the fun of having couples' gatherings, the fun of receiving a proposal, and so much more...

By experiencing new joys that you would never know if you stayed too long in one stage of life, I'm happily enjoying each stage. I am deeply happy and joyful.

When I think about it, my life has always been as beautiful as flowers. Every moment has been the prime of my life.
