Dujaemae Lecture) Jeonnam National University M-field 1-Person Media Startup Competition // Yeongju's Diary
Dujaemae, speakers at the One-Person Media Startup Competition
Hello! This is Yeongju of Dujaemae. Today, we, Dujaemae, gave a lecture at the Harim Mission Hall of #Jeonnam National University.
Non-face-to-face lecture
Originally, it was an in-person lecture, but due to the worsening COVID-19 situation, it was suddenly changed to a non-face-to-face lecture via Zoom.
The organizers made the poster themselves, and the words \"Natenun Mariya (나때는 말이야)" were written in large letters, which made us laugh a lot :) They said they chose this clever title because we are already actively working through 1-person media and they wanted us to talk casually, saying \"Natenun Mariya~\"
Personally, I was very satisfied with today's lecture;) I'm the kind of person who has a strong desire to share good experiences with others and grow together. So, I continued to deliver my message until the very end of the lecture. (This feeling of wanting to help even one more person... I hope it was conveyed.) Two hours passed by so quickly. Originally, Part 1 was planned as a lecture with a PPT + Part 2 as a workshop where we would create an account and shoot a video. However, due to the sudden change to a non-face-to-face format on the morning of the event, it became Part 1 lecture + Part 2 lecture + Q&A. There were more questions than expected, so the time flew by. I felt a little regretful that we couldn't have the workshop part; it would have been more helpful. The target audience of this lecture was people interested in 1-person media + prospective entrepreneurs, so I prepared the content accordingly. For those who are thinking of starting 1-person media, I focused on explaining the future growth potential of TikTok and the reasons why it should be prioritized. For prospective entrepreneurs, I talked about how to expand their business using platforms. I conducted the lecture with the sincere hope that it would be helpful to many people. I hope it was helpful :)
Now, back to the beginning! Let's write today's diary. Yeongju's Diary
To Jeonju by KTX~!
Today is the day of the lecture at Jeonnam National University. On my way to Jeonju by KTX! I felt really good. It felt like a trip. I wanted to listen to music leisurely on the train and scribble in my notebook, but in reality, I spent the entire 2-hour ride doing company work + TikTok editing + uploading + watching self-development videos. After arriving in Jeonju and leaving my luggage at the hotel, I went to Hyundaeok, my favorite Kongnamul Gukbap (콩나물국밥) restaurant, and ate Gukbap before heading to Jeonnam National University. Today, my mom came with me as a special manager. Thank you, Mom!
A lecture is a stage. Therefore, the message is important, but breathing with the audience on stage is more important than anything else. Therefore, I think the stage of a lecture is no different from the stage of a play or musical. It is a stage created together by the audience and the speaker! Thinking this way, along with preparing the content, I started thinking \"How can I make the lecture stage better?\", and we decided to incorporate our strengths: music! We decided to sing songs we composed and wrote ourselves at the beginning and middle of the lecture to brighten the initially awkward atmosphere:-) At the beginning of today's lecture, we started by singing Dujaemae - Ppongjak Girl, and at the start of Part 2 after Part 1 ended, we sang Dujaemae - Clear Sky. Let's utilize our strengths, something only Dujaemae can do!! :-) I was worried that it would be difficult to breathe together because it was non-face-to-face, but I could see people's expressions through Zoom, so I could breathe with them.
After the lecture, my sister and I jumped up and down, exclaiming in joy. The genuine joy that comes when you do something that suits you perfectly! Lectures really suit us. The talent as a messenger + a person of the stage. It seems that people are happy when they do what they are good at. Now that we've found what suits us, what can we do to improve it? Hmm, I'll have to think about it.
RaHan Hotel
Our hotel, RaHan Hotel. The Hanok (Korean traditional house) view... I'm so satisfied. I think I'll stay at RaHan Hotel whenever I come to Jeonju. After resting at the hotel for a while, we ate a Deokgalbi (떡갈비) set for dinner, went back to the room, and exercised for 30 minutes. After taking care of pending work, I started writing a blog. I've been saying I should start a blog, and today felt like the right day to start. I just had that feeling. A light start! First of all, I want to write down all the unrefined records. If I try to be too polished, I think I'll never start. I have so much I want to say, and so many stories are piling up that I can't help but write them down. I'll write them one by one from now on. Ah, the best part of today. I came with my mom. I want to do more things with my mom. I want to give my mom the best. I want to make my mom happy.
Today's diary is finished!!!!!!!!!
