I didn't always do my best. It wasn't my best. I didn't get up early in the morning, and I didn't keep my daily routine. I think I lived carelessly. What improved a little bit seems to be my self-reliance. I created and led a company, hired people, released albums, distributed them, held concerts, edited videos. I learned how to work on my own. I think I'll be able to use properly what I learned this year next year. And because I studied on my own, learning something has become much easier. This will be a great help in my life in the future. If I want to learn something, I've learned how to learn and apply it right away through YouTube!
I didn't do my best to serve others. Next year, I want to do educational volunteer work, and I want to be passionate about education again. It was a year where I forgot about service.
Yes, I worked with a cooperative attitude.
I should do the things I hate the most first to feel at ease, but I procrastinated even though I knew that. For example, when posting Instagram ads, it's more comfortable to post them right away, but I kept putting it off and posting late. I repent.
Yes. I've become more relaxed than last year. I got rid of my impatience. I have faith and I move forward.
I didn't make a proper plan in the first place, and I tried to let things flow naturally. And that's how I spent my time. Next year, I want to persistently continue YouTube.
Yes. I made decisions decisively. Because my standards are clear. I followed my intuition and made quick decisions with conviction.
Yes. The above six are far from my reality. I don't think about any of them.
I've never been cautious, and I've avoided things that require caution.
Yes. I had a conflict-free year! How much happiness is this...! It was pure happiness because I kept close to people whose energies and personalities matched.
I think so. I definitely regret not focusing on one goal and moving towards multiple goals. I feel a little regret.
I forgave them, but I tried to stay away from them as much as possible because energy flows.
How to be independent, how to conduct business, how to go with the flow. How to learn by yourself when you want to learn something.
I watched a lot of Netflix.
I didn't hurt or use anyone because of selfishness. But there must have been parts where I was unknowingly selfish. Because humans are selfish.
17. Did you show behavior or attitude worthy of respect from others? I didn't do any service or great work worthy of respect. 18. Did you ever stubbornly stick to your own opinion? Did you always make judgments based on accurate analysis? I judged based on intuition rather than accurate analysis. I didn't stubbornly stick to my opinion. I listened to various opinions and acted on them. 19. Were all aspects, such as time, expenses, and income, managed as planned? No. I didn't control or use my time, control my expenses, or control my income. That's not to say that I used it excessively or wasted it in vain. 20. Did you ever waste time? Yes, especially in September. I got addicted to Netflix. To make an excuse, I had been living far away from this world. I didn't watch dramas or movies much, and when I watched them again after a long time, it was a whole new world. I learned a lot, and I watched them thinking of them as studying content. Still, I felt guilty. My time...! 21. How can you use your time to make more progress next year? Also, what habits do you think you should change? - I want to wake up early. I wish I could have the habit of waking up early, following a routine, and exercising. The time for inspiration, reading, and writing. I want to conquer the mornings. - I wish I had a clear distinction between weekdays and weekends, and I wish I could have something regular at certain times during the day: morning, afternoon, evening. It's ironic. After having a free year, I miss the rules. - I want to plan systematically to learn things I want to learn. Musicals, video editing/filming, YouTube, acting, etc. 22. Did you ever do anything that caused you to have a guilty conscience? Missing church often, not volunteering 23. Did you provide high-quality, large-quantity services beyond your income? No. I'm ashamed. I wanted to give more than I received, but with my experience in my first year of independence, I feel lacking. I want to produce three times the results of the salary I receive. Even though I try my best, it is still far from enough. 24. Did you treat anyone unfairly? If so, who? I treated everyone equally. 25. If you were in a position to recruit talent, would you hire yourself? If I were to hire an employee who is regular and obedient (simple work), following only the tasks I assign, I wouldn't hire myself. But if I were to hire a proactive, creative, and passionate employee (a newly started startup), I would hire myself immediately. And I would trust and delegate many things. 26. Do you like your current job? If not, what is the reason? I love it. It's good. I'm happy. 27. Do you think the people who pay you are completely satisfied? If not, what do you think is the reason? No. It's a problem with my personality, not being a perfectionist. I want to be a perfectionist, but it's still hard because I haven't been trying for long. I want to be a perfectionist next year. 28. Do you think you can succeed? (Evaluate coldly and compare with others' opinions) Yes. I'm sure. I'm someone who moves forward every day. I feel myself changing every year. I feel myself changing every day. I'm absorbing and learning everything to grow. I can only look forward to my next year, and the year after that. I'm in the process of finding my shortcomings and improving them. I will become a perfectionist, I will control my time, and I will continue to strive to find and improve my deficiencies. This year was an attempt to create my own business. I have learned a lot and am happy. I look forward to next year. I am looking forward to how these periods of practice will be utilized next year. More than anything, these are the days I'm adding depth to everything I've spread out thinly and widely. It's so good. The fact that I'm adding depth to some of the important skills among the many experiences I've spread out thinly.
